We offer 2 types of ground transportation with comfort and security from the Cancun International airport to any hotel in Cancun and the Mayan Riviera. Our shuttles are late model air-conditioned vans carrying up to 10 passengers comfortably.

REGULAR service: This works like a shuttle service where you and other people arriving at the same time share their transportation to the hotel, just at a lower cost. Our vehicles are always available at the airport and you will never have to wait longer then 15 minutes until your van will depart. Guaranteed! Please note that in order to be able to offer this service at its low price a 2 person minimum restriction applies. VIP service: Did you ever want to have your own driver waiting at the airport and feel like a VIP? That is what this service is about. This is the best option if you do not want to share your vehicle with others or if you are traveling with family or in small groups. As soon you are ready to depart you will be driven straight to your hotel. There is no chance for waiting times. Personalized service at its best! What happens once you arrive? Upon arrival at the airport, and once you have cleared immigrations and customs, one of the Best Day Travel representatives will be waiting for you outside the Arrival Gate, displaying a banner with your name and/or the logo of Best Day Travel. Please note that customs procedures can take 5 minutes or 45 minutes depending on how many people are waiting in line. Please do not worry, we know this! …and will be waiting for you outside the Arrival Gate. Remember: outside! Our supervisors at the airport will monitor your flight to ensure that your shuttle will be ready whenever you arrive. You will never have to worry if your flight is delayed or arriving ahead of schedule. We will know! … and most important: we will be waiting for you at whatever time your flight arrives. Once you contacted our staff at the airport you will be guided to the vehicle and will receive an invitation to meet with the Best Day Travel representative at your hotel. During that meeting you will be given the exact time of your pick-up on your departing date and your return flight will be confirmed, should you have reserved a round trip transfer. Please reserve at least 2 days in advance.
